To seamlessly integrate with the neighborhood, the buildings feature a stepped massing that scales down to respect the surrounding low-rise context. The development balances public and private life, centering around a lively civic square while providing residents with their own quiet courtyards. These distinct spaces are bridged by sunlit lobbies, where a dynamic palette of brick, concrete, oak, and marble creates a seamless inside-out experience.
